Who processes your data

The data controller is Radek Svoboda (“svobee.” or “I”). For anything about your personal data, write to svobee@svobee.com.

What data I process and why

When you write to me

If you send me an email (for example via the “Book a call” button), I process your name, email address, phone number if given, and your message, only to reply and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. I keep the correspondence for up to 3 years after our last contact unless it leads to a contract.

Cookies and measurement

The website uses these cookie categories:

• Essential – store your cookie choice (cookie sv_consent, 6 months). The website needs them, so no consent is required.
• Analytics – only with your consent. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) shows me aggregated visit data, such as which pages people read. Cookies _ga and _ga_* last up to 2 years.
• Marketing – only with your consent. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Sklik retargeting (Seznam.cz, a.s.) measure ads and show more relevant advertising on Facebook, Instagram and the Seznam network. Their cookies usually last from 3 months to 2 years.

Analytics and marketing cookies are based on your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings.

Running the website

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Your IP address and browser data are processed technically to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, based on my legitimate interest in running the website securely.

Who receives the data

Only processors that help me run the website and communication: the hosting provider (Netlify), the email provider and, if you consent, Google, Meta and Seznam.cz. Some may process data outside the EU (mainly in the USA); such transfers rely on the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and ask for it to be corrected or erased,
• restrict processing and object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
